Shipping policy

If the item is in stock, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received, while made-to-order items may take 1–2 weeks. We are a small team after all. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we primarily ship via USPS, though we can use another carrier upon request. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates). Break Trail Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit; however, if a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photos for assistance.
